My Two daughters are leaving to work in other states,(one in Georgia and the other in Texas) to keep in touch they want to know "What's for dinner". This way they can also get ideas what to cook for themselves and keep in touch since being around the dinner table was a very important place to be in our home.

Back to the Autum Stew
I forgot some ingredients ;
1 sweet potatoe
2 cups of butter nut squash
these two veges add a nice touch!!
