My Two daughters are leaving to work in other states,(one in Georgia and the other in Texas) to keep in touch they want to know "What's for dinner". This way they can also get ideas what to cook for themselves and keep in touch since being around the dinner table was a very important place to be in our home.

Cuban Style Pork Chops and Sofrito Mashed Potatoes
I made this tonight (Fri) it was GREAT!! I used less salt, in the spice mixture, then it called for, I am not a big fan of a lot of salt so I do think two tablespoons is too much. I used one.
